    IT & Tech Services Specialist

    In this role you will be required to configure and maintain our hardware, software, network, communication, and security systems. This role will also work closely with our design and engineering staff to execute various A/V, interactive, web, and UI related product display projects for our clients on an as-needed basis. We are looking for someone with a strong technical background who works with urgency and accuracy while adapting to changing priorities.

    Someone with ability to code websites and administer / write SQL queries and databases a definite plus!

    Responsibilities:

    • Make sure all hardware, software, and network systems stay operational while implementing backups and redundancy as needed
    • Respond to employee support requests and outages, keep all employee hardware and software up to date
    • Manage all company files and email storage, archives, and backups while planning for future growth
    • Troubleshoot Mac and PC hardware/software issues throughout shop
    • Arrange and implementing office moves and user account administration, including on-boarding and off-boarding
    • Ensure company website is up to date and current
    • Establish procedures and best practices to ensure quality control and scalability of company systems

    Required Skills:

    • Ability to configure and administer MacOS and Windows systems according to industry best practices
    • Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance of company equipment and hardware including computers, printers, cell phones and other peripherals
    • Company wide systems administration and setup
    • LAN, WIFI, and server setup and maintenance
    • Thorough understanding of Adobe Creative Suite and all Microsoft applications
    • Ability to configure and install complicated A/V and interactive / UI display solutions in a compressed time line

    Controller

    As our Controller, you will be responsible for the accounting/HR operations, as well as cash and risk management of the company, including the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company’s reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with accounting standards and government regulations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Attend regular managers’ meetings and participate in overall management of the organization
    • Manage all accounting functions such as job costing, A/P, A/R, billing, GL, reconciliations, etc. and ensure security of all company records
    • Provide appropriate financial operating information to managers, including working capital, sales, production, and profitability reporting in order to enable them to establish effective goals and monitor their department’s operating performance
    • Budgeting / forecasting for financial and operational performance
    • Manage payroll, 401k, company benefits and HR functions
    • Liaison between bank, insurance companies and external CPA
    • Provide management and advice on financial, risk and HR implications of business activities
    • Provide risk management advice, identify and coordinate any business insurance needs or claims
    • Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings

    Required Skills:

    • Ability to quickly learn the details of our industry specific job costing / reporting software (Cyrious)
    • Management-level skills in financial reporting, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting and inventory valuation with proven track record of accurate and timely financial reporting
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships
    • Strong problem solving and analytical reasoning skills
    • High attention to detail and accuracy
    • Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables required
    • 5 years of manufacturing/job costing experience, ideally in graphics/printing industry
    • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, supervisory experience preferred
    • SQL experience a huge plus
